Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the concrete and construction materials industry. Proven background in maintaining and optimizing batching systems, conveyors, mixers, and plant equipment. Strong focus on preventive maintenance, mechanical systems design, equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, process/efficiency improvements, safety compliance, and reducing downtime in high-production environments. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCad, Steel Solutions, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Access), etc.At Vince Hagan, we evaluate continuous improvement ideas of manufacturing processes and products, monitor supplier quality performance metrics, conduct supplier audits, analyze product non-conformance, and identify root causes with corrective action. As a unit in our Engineering department, we develop and improve high quality concrete batching systems for the outside plant in communication industries. We study manufacturing methods to create and produce cost effective and products. We are responsible for the end-to-end quality production and efficiency of concrete batching equipment involving metal fabrication and assembly processes.
