I started this role with managing executives by making sure they were fully trained in the performance team by creating induction and training plans, monitoring their growth and supporting their development within paid social. Whilst maintaining my development of managing a team, delegating tasks and being involved in strategic planning of campaigns.After a year in this role, I was promoted to the Brand team to further develop my understanding of the Upper funnel campaigns. This has allowed me to see how the full funnel connects to the overall marketing plans for the client.
