My current workload includes, assisting with matters from beginning to completion undertaking and managing post completion aspects of transactions, including preparing and submitting SDLT and LTT returns, completion with various land registry tasks. I often review report on title, which I analyse search results and report my findings, and investigate the relevant title documentation. In addition I have experience drafting legal documents, including surrenders, leases, and licences and transfers.
