Develops the organization’s overall labor relations strategy relating to negotiations, grievance handling, and union organizing. Conducts training sessions on labor relations and employment related matters, including discipline, policies, and collective bargaining agreements.Assists and advises business leaders and HR in new business involving union employees.Serves as point of contact for outside counsel for arbitration\'s, litigation, and audits. Assists the business in the event of union organizing and elections.
