With nearly three decades of experience across development, engineering, and product roles, I’ve grown from being a developer to leading global engineering and product teams through tech transformations – working across mainframes, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms—always combining technical depth with strategic perspective. At the core of my leadership philosophy is customer obsession—whether it’s minimizing incident impact, improving developer experience, or enabling seamless delivery, the end user is always at the center of everything I do.
