About Thomas K Kirui
With over 22 years of experience as an attorney, I specialize in Immigration Law, Veterans Disability Law, Tax Law, and International Law. I focus on delivering precise legal solutions, including Immigrant and Nonimmigrant visa petitions, Asylum, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) cases, and more. My commitment is to support clients through complex legal challenges while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. As a former Judge Advocate in the US Army JAG Corps for nearly a decade, I provided critical legal guidance on administrative law, fiscal law, and federal contract compliance, including expertise in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Licensed to practice law in Virginia, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to advancing client objectives with professionalism and integrity.
