Handling projects with full project lifecycle from initiating through handover of the project.Skillful in Strong leadership, technical, organizational, administrative, and problem solving.Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management. Report project issues to the management and escalate where necessary.Working closely with clients to ensure the project meets business needs.Follow-up for the payments as per the purchase order and back-charge the client for the change in work. Coordinate with the Engineering to obtain the correct scope of work in time and to get the approval for the drawings from the client. Likewise coordinate with purchase and trading departments for getting the materials as per the committed date frequent interaction with client, suppliers & vendors for smooth and successful implementation of projects on time. Obtain all necessary permits, licenses to start the work. Planning of necessary resources, materials, and engineering deliverables for the successful execution of the Project.Co-ordinate in preparing project execution plan in accordance with schedule and align with client contractual documents during the project. Examine the RFQ documents which are send to the subcontractors for their Quotes, during the initial stage of the project.Assist the management to find the potential subcontractor to execute the scope of work.Project Handled:BS-160 for Kuwait Oil CorporationBS-171 for Kuwait Oil CorporationDUQM Refinery owned by Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company (DRPIC).
