Human Resource professional with 13+ years of experience in FMCG sector. My HR experiences have been in areas of factory HR (complex unionized set ups), Employer Brand, University Relations / Early Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Business partnering with Sales, Supply Chain & front end commercial functions, Learning & OD, Well-being across three marquee companies - GSK Consumer Healthcare (now Haleon), Unilever and presently Coca-Cola.In my last role at Unilever, I was partnering end to end Supply Chain (Plan -Source-Make -Deliver) and Legal functions across the South Asia cluster managing about 2100+ employees spread across 5 countries, 30+ factories, 10+ offices and 60+ third party manufacturing sites.I joined the Coca Cola Company in Oct 2023 (about 18 months ago), India & South West Asia OU (OU= Operating Unit- has 9 OUs across the globe). I partnered all the front end commercial / revenue generating functions in my role.I was a visiting faculty at NMIMS, Mumbai where I have taught a course on Talent Management. Since moving to Gurgaon, I have been to couple of campuses like FORE School of Management for guest lectures and sharing my experiences with students.Outside work, I like to follow cricket and tennis. I am also a movie buff, love listening to all kinds of good music and watch trash tv for entertainment. I also enjoy my time studying mathematics and physics as I believe it keeps me mentally sharp. In my free time, I like to do ‘nothing’ and relax, hibernate to rejuvenate. Recently, I signed up for a formal course on AI & Analytics in HR, run by ISB; still waiting for the learning outcome but I am sure it will be an interesting experience.
