ABOUT KIRTI SINGH

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a psychotherapist in supervised practice, bringing together over 9 years of coaching experience, 1,500+ hours of practice, and advanced training in Gestalt approaches to leadership and psychotherapy. My work spans individual coaching, psychotherapy, and teaching. As faculty with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, I mentor and train emerging coaches, design programs, and facilitate workshops on diversity, leadership, and relational practice. In my coaching, I partner with executives, managers, and professionals navigating role transitions, identity and communication challenges, leadership presence, and burnout prevention. In my therapy practice, I support individuals, couples, and groups through challenges related to relationships, stress, and emotional well-being.Across all roles, my approach integrates Gestalt principles, systems thinking, and an anti-oppressive, strength-based lens, alongside evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Meaningful growth emerges through awareness and relationship, and I strive to create spaces of trust where people can build resilience, shift patterns, and step into more authentic and effective ways of leading and living.I am passionate about building communities of practice at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and social transformation, and about supporting people to thrive both personally and professionally.
