Kirti Mutatkar assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of UnitedAg on May, 2014. Under her leadership, UnitedAg is empowering its members and employer groups to take a unique and collaborative approach in working together to provide new and innovative approaches to health care and ultimately positioning UnitedAg as one of the foremost agricultural associations in California and Arizona. Through this revolutionary thinking, Kirti has been able to cultivate a deeper understanding, that comes through truly working with, and understanding, the members, their needs and the industry. Kirti is tireless in her on-going effort to engage with the members by visiting them in the field, providing informational forums throughout the state, and eagerly leaving her door open for this on-going dialogue about their concerns, issues, perspectives and developing solutions based on these multiple voices. This exceptional approach has created a new fabric in the agricultural industry and will ensure that UnitedAg continues to deliver the highest quality service for members and the industry as a whole.Kirti was nominated by the Orange County Business Journal for the 2018 \"Women of the Year Awards\" and was awarded the \"Reinvention\" Award by the Association of Corporate Growth in Orange County.

   President and CEO of UnitedAg Benefit Trust (an ERISA multiple employer welfare arrangement) and UnitedAg (a multi-commodity member-owned agricultural trade association). UnitedAg is dedicated to providing innovative healthcare solutions for a strong and healthy agricultural industry.• Grew the Association Health Plan’s revenue from $80 million to over $250 million by instilling a sense of purpose and aligning the member-centric culture across members, employer groups, board members, and employees. • Took a deliberate approach to forming a diversified board to align with the changing industry needs. • Expanded access to care by opening seven retail Health and Wellness Clinics in the underserved regions of California and in addition created unique partnerships with existing clinics to increase access. Offered access to all clinics at zero co-pay and no deductible applied. • Introduced & successfully implemented innovative healthcare products and services to the underserved communities – telemedicine, behavioral & mental health offered at zero-copay and no deductibles. • Served as a resource during the COVID pandemic by not only providing testing and vaccination sites but also making UnitedAg’s Chief Medical Officer available to provide any needed assistance.
