ABOUT KIRTIKA BUCKINGHAM

I am currently working as Business Analyst with Cummins mainly on Business Intelligence and reporting side,prior to this I was a graduate student from University of Cincinnati with a Master’s degree in Information Systems also received my Data Analytics certification from this University. I am very passionate about data as it could bring a huge difference to the business done by the organization. I am also taking online courses and certification related to data science such as R, Python, Tableau and Machine learningFor the last few years I had worked on different technologies such as Business Intelligence, and Data warehousing across various domains such as Retail, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing,Healthcare and Tax & Accounting in three different organizations namely Infosys Technologies Limited,Tata Consultancy Services and CGI(Consultants for Government and Industry).The former 2 are Indian based IT service company and the latter is a Canadian based IT service company. During this time I had demonstrated the ability to perform whole range of functions associated with the post of Business Analyst. These include but not limited to the following• Act as technical liaison between the business,vendors and the technology department• Develop an in depth insight into the issues and data challenges of the client’s organization• Involved in preparing Scope documentation,POC,As-is and To-be process• Lead software and design process changes• Provide expertise on the system limitations/capabilities as they relate to the business goals• Worked with a cross-functional team in order to migrate data from Legacy to SAP system
