I’m a Project Manager at J.P. Morgan in the CIB LOB, driven by my passion for leveraging technology, process excellence and cross-border expertise to deliver impactful results in global financial operations.Previously at Citi India, I managed end-to-end processing of internal, incoming and outgoing payments for the EMEA region, ensuring smooth operations through process management, exception handling and cross-regional coordination. In addition, I managed the E2E trade lifecycle across FX, derivatives, fixed income and money markets, including trade verification, confirmations and resolution of critical trade issues in collaboration with front office, risk, technology and custodians. I also played a key role in onboarding FPI, FII and FDI clients, collaborating with global custodians like State Street, BBH and Northern Trust to ensure seamless client experiences.I hold an MBA in Finance & Marketing from JBIMS, Mumbai with internship experience in Citi’s Markets & Securities Services, gaining exposure to trade lifecycle management, risk controls and global financial operations. Earlier, I earned a B.E. in Computer Science from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore and gained foundational experience at Cognizant Technology Solutions, equipping me to bridge business and technology effectively in complex global projects.Born and raised in Dubai, I bring a global mindset and thrive in multicultural environments.
