I am an HR and DEI professional with an academic foundation in psychology and a research-driven interest in advancing social impact through data-informed and evidence-based approaches. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University, where I developed a strong grounding in human behavior, research methods, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.My professional experience has been primarily situated within educational settings, where I have held leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and student development. As Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Outreach Officer (CDEIO) for the undergraduate student government, I led and supported institution-level DEI initiatives, policy development, and cross-campus collaboration. In my role as a Resident Assistant, I worked closely with diverse student populations, applying principles of organizational psychology, conflict resolution, and equity-centered practice to foster inclusive residential communities.Across these roles, I have engaged in program development, stakeholder engagement, and the assessment of equity-related initiatives, with a growing interest in how data and research can be leveraged to evaluate outcomes and inform institutional decision-making. My academic and professional interests include DEI research, people analytics, equity, and the application of psychological science to organizational and social systems.In the long term, I aim to contribute to the development of research-driven approaches that creatively strengthen equity, inclusion, and belonging within educational and organizational contexts.
