My key responsibilities as Functional Consultant : 1) Understanding client requirements & translating them into system requirements 2) Quantitatively analyze business data to mine statistical insights, develop the strong business pitch and make recommendations for clients 3) Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.4) Handled the task of understanding and gathering business requirements. To elicit customer requirements against a business and technical background5) Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagram 7) Matching business requirements with platform feature to identify gaps and guide the business and technical teams on the way forward 8)Involved in the day to day management of clients, addressing client concerns to the team and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner.My primary strength is to identify needs and manage conflicting goals and priorities by communicating effectively with the client. Understanding user requirements and propose recommendations and workarounds to align the product with management processes.I am a result-oriented Business Analyst with problem-solving skills well experienced in understanding business issues/requirement and challenges and providing solutions.
