I am a self-motivated individual with passion to deliver quality work. As part of the Recruitment Team, I have streamlined various processes,automated a few,suggested various recommendations to the leadership. I have pioneered various machine learning models (few being used on the ground pan India) using algorithms -Random Forest, Logistic Regression, CART etc. and presented the same to the CEO, Corporate Services Excellence Head, Quality Program Head, Global Talent Acquisition Head, Talent Planning & Deployment Head, few members of executive council, senior VPs etc. I have featured as guest speaker and have taken various sessions/ masterclass for Infosys Ltd HR Team including HR-Business Partner, HR-Employee Relations, HR-Centre of Excellence across Geos, new B-School Joiners under the initiative Teach HR and otherwise also. These sessions are conducted for the wider adoption of analytics across units and functions in the HR Space. Have created 100+ minutes training session on Basics of Machine Learning for HR Professionals. It is live on company’s internal portal and is accessible for all Infoscions. It is part of Certification program for Infosys-Talent Acquisition Team (800+) across the world. Besides creating advanced machine learning models and conducting sessions on analytics, I have led campus,off-campus E school,B School engagement & recruitment events. I lead India Lateral MIS Team- have handled various recruitment related scorecards,critical metrics etc. I also handle internal and external audits, compliance and provision related critical activities.My paper titled -Organisational Role Stress: Impact of Manager & Peer Support was published in Vol 5(1) of the Journal of Knowledge Globalization, a peer reviewed INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL, June’12.It was later presented at the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE (Jan 5-7-12, Pune) organised by the Foundation for Liberal and Management Education, Pune, India, Suffolk University, Boston,USA and Knowledge Globalization Inst,USA.I\'ve been a meritorious student all throughout with active participation in co-curricular activities.Topped HR,was ranked 5 across all streams,received certificate of excellence in research & publication,passed Pop Vocal music exam (Grade II) & Choir Exam(Grade II)conducted by LONDON COLLEGE OF MUSIC,UK during B School days.Was amongst the top 5 in BTech & led various events.At school level, was recipient of ‘Scholar Badge’ for being in the merit list for 10 consec yrs,was selected as the head girl of my school & won various awards in numerous inter/intra school & at national level.
