Well versed with Portals and Invoice uploads- ARIBA, Tungsten, Coupa, Oracle etc. Perform Month-end Recons (Cash App recon, Customer deposit recon) Preparing Write off file at month end along with Claw Back reports Handle issues related to Invoice corrections by Coordinating with different teams Providing monthly and quarterly collections forecast of team Reduction of unidentified and unapplied cash through research and reconciliation. Work closely with Sales Ops, Account Managers, Billing team, Order Management Team, Fulfilment Team & Legal for resolving issues concerning invoicing, contracting, delivery, timesheets etc. Performing Credit Check/Review and Financial Statement analysis along with updating payment terms on the Account/Quote level Involved in activities during crucial month-ends, quarter-end, and fiscal year-ends.
