Liaising with the senior management on issues arising in the day-to-day operations such as teamperformance, customer satisfaction ratings, plans for improvement and soon, MonitoringDistributors/Dealer Return on Investment (ROI) by rationalizing Investments, Working withASM for Planning and execution of new Launches, Consumer Promotion, incrementalspace/Volume on regular intervals. Have periodic review on the progress of Business-Weekly, Monthly, quarterly with regularupdate to immediate Manager on sales trends, Market developments and competition. Conductsbusiness analyses, performance analyses, competitive analyses, etc, developing a MarketingPlan to increase Consumption/Offtake. Team size – 6 ASMs, 4 TMs, 12 SOs, SRs, 2 Super Stockiest and 72 Distributors
