The Service Run Optimization Center provides end to end client and customer supports for Real time/ batch Transaction completion from Client setup, transactions Authorization and Their Settlement. Roles and Responsibilities : • Introducing code changes while perfroming Client Onboarding, Fixing issues identified in weekly release. • Relaease Planning – Change Mangement (CAB / TCAB). • Work on Day to day Service TASK assignment to work on Client problems on some disputed Issues for Authorizations. • Working closely with multiple teams like Settlement Team, Front End Teams for the Smooth Functioning of Payment Processing. • Provide server shutdown while maintenance is performed by various Clients like Verifone, Onguard Encryption services. • Well versed with Production Control Operations and scheduling Processes.(Incident and Change Management) • Preparing Monthly and Weekly reports for Resource Utilization by Various clients and customer. • Monitoring all Mainframe batch jobs and fixing abends, check for long running jobs and investigate for any loop back issues with batch jobs. • Provide 24* 7 Support which involves escalation of abends. • Solving production abends as per the Prose documents, involving respective teams, follow back on the solutions of abends. • Coordinate with customer to resolve technical support issues, Like Terminal Issues, that causes multiple rejections of transactions. • Logging in to the Bridge calls and provide the necessary Support from Worldpay Online Authorization Team.
