Working with Implementation partners/Direct Clients across all states in USA for C2C,W2 requirements.• Sourcing resume using job portals like: Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked-in, Google Groups, References and Vendors based on the requirements specified by the client.• Interacting with other Company Vendors/Sales People in case of need of H1Bs candidates for any requirement.• Interviewing candidates over the phone in order to determine the job \'fit\' in terms of job description specified by the client.• Knowledge of fixing the Rates on W2, 1099 and C2C.• Rate Negotiation with the Candidates, Vendors and Sales managers.• Formatting the resume according to the standard format of the client.• Follow up with the clients/account manager for the feedback candidates until they join the company.• Timely updating of the necessary reports / forms related to the submission of candidates• Recruited all levels of candidates, from Developers to Architects in all categories ( H1B)• Maintaining active job seekers and building internal database.• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access).• Self-motivated professional who achieves results and has superior ability to coordinate and perform several projects simultaneously.
