My goal in life is to make a positive impact on folks I encounter each day! My mother taught me to \'Look to the Lord and HE will lead you.\" I work to that end daily. She was the perfect mentor as she had been handicapped all her life. Being a business owner has given me a massive education. I’ve traveled the world a few times which has led to some massive knowledge on many fronts. I am part of a now 66 year old family business. I invent, patent and produce products for the Pro-Technician sector around the world and Sport sector in N. America. I also work with inventors throughout the world in assisting them to give their product the best chance to make it to market.I am part of a team that works on the sport front in a major way! My team consists of my two oldest daughters - both D1 and former pro athletes! We put on events for female softball athletes in America but also a massive event in Europe. The fastpitch softball side started in 1996 in Lyon, France, shortly after moving to the Netherlands. I have more than 40 years invested in Fastpitch Softball. Impacting the lives we secure to participate in our events, continues to be our quest.Our passion is to share that sport can open doors far beyond sport itself. Our Dutch management teams also believe that this game is important in the lives of our youth. As a hobby, I mentor families as they traverse their way through the rigors of finding the right fit for their athlete daughters collegiately. I have 3 daughters & an awesome wife. One daughter w/ Down\'s syndrome continues to teach me lessons on life on patience & the need to have little to be happy. My 2 others have taught me the disciplines of excellence in getting to the top, as both are achievers. My wife is the glue that keeps us together! Our Lord is the one we all lean on!

   I do all from shovel snow to fix the roof to travel for product development. I engineer and manage new products. I\'m an inventor but mostly I\'m humbled by the team that surrounds me.they make me look quite good.
