I graduated from Abertay University in 2012 with a First Class Honours in Business and have since completed my Masters in International HR Management - with Distinction - and Level 7 CIPD. With almost 10 years experience in HR, I have been fortunate to have gained some incredible work experience from my time at Insights Learning & Development, in a number of roles but laterally working within the People Team during a period of significant growth. In addition, I\'ve gained a wealth of experience and learnings from a variety of roles and industries from EQ Accountants, Vision (part of the Cegedim Group), Kin + Carta and now Valtech.I am incredibly passionate about employee experience and positively shaping culture, driving engagement and delivering results.
