I am experienced in all aspects of employee reward, benefits, share schemes, gender pay / diversity and global mobility, and have held positions with a number of major organisations.I worked in consulting before I moved into HR allowing me to combine an appreciation of strategic business needs with pragmatic HR Reward solutions.Throughout my career, I have advised a wide range of organisations, both privately owned and listed across a range of business sectors, on reward matters including pay frameworks, benchmarking, incentive design and structuring, developing and implementing costs effective reward structures, share plan implementation, tax matters and global mobility.I regularly presented at external meetings and conferences.As part of my work on gender pay I was involved in discussions with the Government Equalities Office on the gender pay regulations, introduced in 2017, including the impact of share plans and partner profit share on the calculations.
