Assisting clients purchasing residential, commercial and investment properties for short and medium term periods (typically 6/12 months) with emphasis on speed, efficiency and delivery. From auction finance to ensure completion within 21/28 days of auction date to land purchase for development and property purchase where funds needed within 5 working days. Auction finance • Short-term finance from 3-12 months• Funding for residential investment, commercial property and land purchases• Up to 70% of purchase price as standard and up to 100% on referral• Monthly interest rates from 0.75%(other fees & charges apply)• Multiple repayment strategies Bridging Finance • Terms up to 24 months.• Funding secured against property investment, commercial, land acquisitions and developments• Income sources including employed, self-employed, Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships• Up to 75% loan to value (LTV)• Up to 100% funding with additional security• Multiple repayment options – including roll up payments, deferred payments, payments deducted and stage payments I am looking to connect with Clients and Professional Intermediaries who have clients who will, from time to time, have need for Short Term Finance.
