ABOUT KIRSTY MCLEAN
A partner in Squires\' 50-strong pensions team, my practice focuses on UK occupational pensions. I work with trustees and sponsoring employers on matters ranging from significant projects such as mergers, benefit changes and corporate activity to the impact of new legislation, day-to-day compliance, investments and member complaints. I have a particular interest and specialism in public sector pensions and private sector schemes with a public sector element, whether due to the provision of broadly comparable benefits under Fair Deal or because the sponsoring employer is a public or quasi-public body.
