I have over 13 years of experience in the NHS, working in various administrative and managerial roles within public and private sectors. I have a degree in Business Management, a Prince2 certification in Project Management, and a Mary Seacole programme in Leadership qualification from the NHS Leadership Academy. I am skilled in project management, service-level agreements, communication, rota management, problem-solving, and data analysis.
