As a Team Manager at NHS 24, I lead and support a large, multidisciplinary team in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to the people of Scotland. Operating within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, I am responsible for ensuring operational excellence, staff wellbeing, and high standards of service across our digital and telephone-based health services.I work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to manage real-time service delivery, implement quality improvement initiatives, and support the development and performance of team members. My role is instrumental in driving forward NHS 24’s strategic priorities, ensuring every contact counts, and maintaining the public\'s trust in the service we provide.
