My team is responsible for establishing IT architecture strategies and platform roadmaps that are tightly aligned to current and future business objectives. We provide advice on investment prioritisation to best deliver enterprise strategy for Channels and Canadian Banking platforms. My team is focused on driving up the quality and capabilities of banking technologies through the use of strong architectural governance, design oversight and investment advice. We also direct, educate and coach segment delivery teams on fundamental aspects of banking architecture and shareable enterprise components.
