Throughout my career at Accenture, I have had the pleasure of working with major Telecommunication, High Tech, Aerospace and Financial Service Companies. Often, my customers have a good understanding of their business challenges and what they want to achieve yet the definition and transition to that desired state is complex (what are my competitors doing, what are the trends in the market place, what is the market size and opportunity, what technology to use, can my people, processes, and leadership support the new model, what funding is required, how do I measure success and generate value, which partners do I pick, how do I course correct or know if off course, etc.).
