Along the way, I\'ve established overseas entities, raised debt finance, managed banking relationships, and maintained strong investor partnerships through rapid transformation. Post-acquisition, I led integration activities before moving into my current CFO role where I lead Finance, IT, HR, Payroll, and Development teams.I\'m comfortable across the full CFO spectrum - from board-level strategy and investor relations to implementing the systems and data infrastructure that underpin commercial decision-making.
