In this role I am the organisational lead on employee communication within the University, working with a range of internal stakeholders and the senior management team.In addition to developing an organisation-wide internal communications strategy, I also advise teams across the University on internal communications, staff engagement and work with them to develop staff campaigns.I am also responsible for the management and development of the University’s internal communication channels including the intranet, SMT core brief, e-newsletter and the all-staff notices system.In this role I have:• Managed the staff survey communications campaign resulting in the University’s highest-ever response rate (77%)• Developed communication strategies for the University\'s Estate Master Plan and process improvement programme • Created internal communications toolkits to facilitate better communication within the University• Created a clearly defined channel structure • Developed an internal communications policy• Enhanced perceptions of senior leadership communication (as measured by the staff survey)
