I currently work at Softcat Plc and my role is to assist customers with any IT related queries that they may have and to make their buying process run smoothly. I am responsible for assisting with the management of my customers accounts and my main focus is to; ensure that they have easy access to the resource here at Softcat, ensure that they are kept up to date with the portfolio of services available from Softcat as well as obtaining & compiling quotations for their requirement.
