   Owns end-to-end experience of 13 annual onsite events on Amazon.ca. Core execution included customer experience, creative design, targeting, performance analysis, and driving traffic through on and off-site channels. • Leverages paid and free search, outbound email, affiliates, and Amazon.ca onsite placements to drive incremental customer traffic to Canada’s retail business. • Presented annual strategy documents to senior leadership for category, program and marketing opportunities. • Manages the Home Influencer Program, which connects content creator’s curated selections directly with customers, driving product discoverability and increasing purchase intent. • Managed Organic Social channel for all Canada business in Q4 2022, owning all social media accounts (FB, TW, IG) and developing content strategies. • Executed the first Celebrity Storefront in Canada, “Curated by Georgia Ellenwood” from ideation to launch, managing inventory selection, storefront design, a photoshoot, and reporting on identified KPIs. • Negotiated internal budget allocations and vendor investments for our marketing initiatives in FY’ 2022 & 2023. • Partners with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Business Intelligence, Vendor Management, Instock, Finance, PR, Alexa, French CX, Marketing) across marketplaces (US) to successfully deliver campaigns.
