Over 130 new sales reps and leaders across 11 teams have progressed through the onboarding program- Developed and delivered a 12-week onboarding program, individualized per new hire and sales team, leading to increased onboarding ratings by 38% and improved new hire confidence by 14%- Over 130 new sales reps and leaders across 11 teams have progressed through the onboarding program. Among this group, 25 hires qualified for President\'s Club in their first year of eligibility- Produced the first known documentation of the Axon US Sales process in collaboration with sales leaders and top performers- Designed a centralized resource platform (Salesopedia)- Extended my onboarding strategy to aid in Global Sales and Enterprise Sales onboarding efforts in 2023 and well as supported two acquisition integrations within 2024.Message from a new sales hire:\"I am incredibly impressed with the onboarding thus far.
