Oversees Creator Growth initiatives for WEBTOON CANVAS, including Creator Acquisition, Retention, and Recognition initiatives. Works closely with Content, Editorial, Production, Trust & Safety, Product, Creative, Branding, and Community team members to celebrate and amplify self-published creators- Strives to highlight creators for recognition opportunities, including scalable event guest speaker participation and mentorship to spotlight Creators, alongside other initiatives. Collaborates closely with PR, Creator Care, Legal and Programming & Operations teams- Led the development of new surveys, and continuing research initiatives to support qualitative and quantitative planning- Manages ongoing Newsletters, email marketing, and school communications which support key initiatives- Started an internal club for WEBTOON Team Members, to help us all engage and celebrate creator content from our UGC community.
