Oversees Creator Growth initiatives for WEBTOON CANVAS, including Creator Acquisition, Retention, and Recognition initiatives. Adept at navigating fast-paced transitions between strategic planning, systems and operations tasks, to creator-coaching, curriculum strategy and public speaking initiatives- Develops and leads innovative and engaging programs and initiatives that activate, educate and empower emerging creators. Including expanding University Programs, CANVAS Events, WEBTOON Academy and more. These initiatives often focus on planning, designing and leading workshops with small and large audiences, introducing educational material to support accredited curriculum, and creator coaching sessions at select events- Collaborates closely with a wide range of teams to help current Creators grow their series, and achieve new opportunities through WEBTOON Monetization Programs and other initiatives. Works closely with Content, Editorial, Production, Trust & Safety, Product, Creative, Branding, and Community team members to celebrate and amplify self-published creators- Strives to highlight creators for recognition opportunities, including scalable event guest speaker participation and mentorship to spotlight Creators, alongside other initiatives. Collaborates closely with PR, Creator Care, Legal and Programming & Operations teams- Led the development of new surveys, and continuing research initiatives to support qualitative and quantitative planning- Manages ongoing Newsletters, email marketing, and school communications which support key initiatives- Started an internal club for WEBTOON Team Members, to help us all engage and celebrate creator content from our UGC community.
