About Kirsten Karr

Hey! I’m Kirsten and I love helping companies/people efficiently implement positive change into their organizations/daily life. My best work is done when I am given the opportunity to collaborate with others. My work experiences have shaped me into a reliable team player who utilizes research, thoughtful planning and attention to detail. I am currently working with ADT’s Product team, on the ADT+ and Self Setup project, in partnership with Google. I have also worked in the architecture/engineering/construction space as a Project Coordinator, where I was able to manage a variety of projects and clients, including Eli Lilly, Cummins, Catalent, Purdue University and others. Before this, I graduated from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) majoring in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Supply Chain Management and Design & Innovation. While in West Lafayette, I was an active member in my sorority, was a mentor within the Boiler Gold Rush orientation program and studied abroad in Switzerland for a semester! Each of these experiences uniquely shaped my growth and allowed me to realize my true passion for continuous discovery and the incredible importance of personal connection.
