ABOUT KIRSTEN WRIGHT

I am an experienced retail professional with over 20 years in leadership or managerial positions. I am ambitious and versatile with experience across diverse roles and sectors within the retail environment. As a hardworking and loyal team player I take pride in all aspects of my job and strive to make a positive difference to any task given. The ability to work as a team or on my own enables me to stretch and adapt key skills and strengths. My real passion is for developing others and I have excelled in coaching and supporting others to achieve their own goals and aspirations. Having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills has helped me to become an effective and reliable coach and mentor to several individuals. I am able to communicate at all levels to get desired results. Self motivated with the passion to succeed at all times, I am more than capable to work to demanding targets, standards and deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of loyalty, reliability with professional and personal integrity. Key successes have been achieving a CIPD and coaching qualification whilst still continuing to deliver in my day job. And a real highlight of my career has been achieving \'inspirational leader\' award for the region and being shortlisted for the national award.
