Provided monthly reporting metrics, including 6-month projections, and overall project burn to CFO and other partner-level leadership team. Successfully implemented Case Management Application in greenfield Salesforce organization; solution combined information from disparate business process across 15 departments and integrated with a legacy, 50+ year old system to modernize and unify the Case Process across 4 divisions and 120+ case types. Led functional team from planning, Agile user story creation, design and testing, through training and post-deployment support and enhancements.Worked with business and technical areas of 88 county offices to analyze the current state business process for the statewide administration of Child Support programs, using facilitation, discovery, and evaluation discussions. Supported statewide implementation of the new system through testing, creation of readiness documentation and training materials, training facilitation, and go-live site support.Developed comprehensive, tactical change management and support plan for the roll-out of a new data environment and self-service BI reporting tool for a leading Telecommunications company. Served as functional work stream lead for analytics and data science organization deployment, assisting development of the future state analytics and data science platform architecture for a global natural resources company.Managed the design/build of computer-based training and instructor-led courses, intended for enhancing the project management skills of a state-wide organization.
