Implementation and development of the Group\'s ESG strategy involving and bespoke framework that is aligned with the Group\'s tone of voice and focusses on the key ESG factors that are most important and relevant to the business and stakeholders.Conducting the Group\'s ESG materiality assessment. Documenting the Group ESG strategy and developing KPIs and objectives to track our progress. Liaising with the Operational Leads of each Group business to align their approach to ESG and sustainability to ensure a consistent approach across the Group. Operational management of ESG throughout the Group. Working alongside each Group business to ensure that ESG objectives are being met and supporting each business in tasks such as carbon footprint measurement and reporting. Reporting ESG and sustainability progress to online portals such as CDP and Ecovadis. Supporting each Group business to build their sustainability and ESG teams working with team members to help improve their knowledge. Development and implementation of Group policies and procedures to align with best practice and the changing ESG legislative landscape. Conducting a full TCFD gap analysis and implementation of changes throughout the business to embed TCFD and the assessment of climate related risks and opportunities into the Group risk assessment process. Ongoing monitoring of new legislation and frameworks such as CSRD, IFRS S1+S2, SASB, GRI etc. and adopting best practice into our policies, processes and KPIs to prepare for future changes. Responsible for the creation and publication of the Group\'s annual ESG report and aligning reporting requirements to investors needs and the GRI framework. Conducting investor and customer facing tasks, presenting information relating to the ESG strategy, meeting stakeholders and answering questions, questionnaires and enquires related to ESG and sustainability.
