After graduating from Longwood University (go Lancers!) with a Bachelor of Arts in English, I dove headfirst into the world of Recruiting and never looked back! Throughout my career, I have honed strong communication skills, whether I\'m conducting interviews, creating and delivering candidate experiences, or crafting job posts. This journey has included contract staffing across a variety of industries, campus recruiting and early career programming in big banking, and most recently, 360 recruiting in pharmaceutical sales.Today I lead pharma sales hiring nationwide at Indivior.
