When bids go out for parking, many times, the person administering the bid process is looking for the low bid. This mindset does not serve the owner\'s best interest. It\'s all about the top line in the parking business and I enjoy helping owners understand how to make more money, not pay less for a service. I am a results oriented leader that assists companies in driving results and earnings for their assets by consulting with them on how to take a different viewpoint of this valuable asset component.
