Partners with Lavazza North America executives and people leaders to formulate and execute function and business priorities related to talent, culture, and organizational needs. Executes HR programs including, but not limited to, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, and training and development. Participates in succession planning and talent planning with designated client groups. Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from internal HRIS and talent management system. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and effectively communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources.
