Extensive experience including managing, coaching and monitoring of development and qualifications including ILM, ECDL, Customer Service Professional (CSPro). WorldHost Certified trainer. Managing of Corporate training and development programmes ECDL/BCS Centre Manager in relation to ECDL Qualification. Creation and delivery of customer service, soft skills, recruitment, MS Teams, team building training including WorldHost customer service excellence workshop delivery. Part of Office 365 Project to support the cultural and digital capability giving choices to learn and ensuring staff members are confident in using existing software and programmes. This involved learning software, creating staff learning and development portal via SharePoint and creating content to face to face workshops to staff. Creation of e-learning development modules, training portals and ebooks ensuring user friendly.
