In late 2019, I was promoted to COO where I currently oversee critical business domains, including retail, sales/e-commerce, and business operations. In addition, I partner closely with Shopko Optical’s CEO and Private Equity Principal (Monarch Alternative Capital) to advise on and provide leadership insights around our expansion, marketing and finance initiatives. Leveraging my expertise across optical retail operations, marketing, industry partnerships and executive leadership, I drive both top- and bottom-line performance as well as create and implement long-term strategy for growth of the enterprise.
