RE/MAX Canada is a top-level franchisor in the real estate sector. With more offices and real estate associates than any other brand in Canada, RE/MAX dominates in its field, and continues to grow, year over year. As Executive Director, I manage the vast majority of franchise brokerages in the Greater Toronto and Niagara regions, assisting with identification, facilitation and executions of expansion, M&A and other growth initiatives. I liaise with American HQ and most departments to ensure clear and direct communication. I lead and negotiate franchise agreement negotiations and renewals. I package brokerage needs and feedback to present back to the brand, then discover strategy and develop future plans for RE/MAX Canada as a franchisor. As part of the RE/MAX Canada executive leadership team, I have been a part of many successful initiatives and have conceived ideas and lead execution with positive results. Some of these successes include reimagining brand orientation engagement, network communication strategies and combating obstacles including franchisee recruiting and retention in a changing market where agent population is decreasing. I have been successful in growing the relationships between the ownership network and the Region, and I\'m most proud of ensuring contracts are completed on time and all quotas always surpassed and deadlines met.This year, I will be leading the CIBC and other national partnerships, spearheading the Eastern Canada network communication strategy, participating in change management and project implementation, and jumping into all unforeseen challenges and opportunities from an objective and observant standpoint, ensuring the continued success of the entire RE/MAX network.

An established leader in the real estate industry, Sandra has a consistent success in all the challenges she faces. A long time entrepreneur with an impressive list of career achievements, Sandra continues to face challenges critically and objectively, ensuring decisions and implementations are made with care, and with the end goals firmly in mind. After an 11 year career selling real estate, Sandra left the real estate sales world for industry leadership. In 2017, Sandra became a Managing Broker at a lively real estate office of over 115 agents. Surpassing KPIs in recruiting, cost control and elevating Realtor provisions, Sandra proved capabilities in this realm quickly. With a clear skillset in cultural and productivity development and communication delivery, Sandra was called to fill the role of the Manager of Professional Development for that brokerage early in 2020. During this tenure, Sandra developed and implemented successful launch strategies for new business practices, staff procedures and achieved impressive metrics of successful adoption for platforms such as ShowingTime, Broker Bay, KVCore and more. Remarkably, these successes were accomplished successfully during the COVID-19 global pandemic. Those successes have now led Sandra to RE/MAX LLC, the powerful company that leads the worlds most successful real estate brand in the Ontario and Atlantic Regions. In the role of Director of Business Growth, Sandra works closely with the network\'s broker owners to grow their brokerages. Facilitating franchise renewals, brokerage expansions, mergers, acquisitions as well as coaching broker owners in all aspects of their business, Sandra is a solid bridge between the parent brand and the buyers and sellers in todays market, facilitated by RE/MAX\'s most valuable clients - the brokerages and their agents. Sandra thrives on exploring options and paving a solid path. A past two-term director of a real estate association, she continues to maintain involvement in organized real estate. She has taken and delivered some of the top coaching and training programs, experimented with many of the tools available to Realtors today, and has an inherent understanding and appreciation for the various opportunities for people of all kinds. Sandra is also passionate about her personal life. A wife and mother, she spends her non-working hours exploring life, and travelling the world.
