About Kirk Keller

I help organizations connect strategy, technology, and operations in practical ways that make change measurable. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked in higher education, state government, and private industry to align technology with strategy and improve how teams plan, communicate, and deliver change. At Ellucian, I’ve been part of a broader effort to connect our products, capabilities, and client outcomes through a consistent enterprise architecture approach. I helped shape the structure of our enterprise architecture repository and contributed to developing repeatable methods that help teams map solutions to client needs—first in presales and later in implementation. Much of this work involves partnering across business, consulting, and product groups to improve how we present and deliver value to institutions. Before joining Ellucian, I led enterprise strategy and architecture work at the University of Missouri System, coordinating strategy and governance across four universities and a health system. Our focus was on improving how leaders use data, standards, and collaboration to guide modernization investments and measure results. Earlier in my career, I helped establish statewide programs for business intelligence, GIS, and user experience at the Missouri Department of Conservation. My work has always centered on helping people find shared understanding—turning complex systems and priorities into something clear, visual, and actionable. I enjoy building frameworks that last, that help organizations move from discussion to action, and that make it easier for everyone involved to see progress.Focus Areas: Enterprise Transformation • Capability & Maturity Modeling • Operating-Model Design • Value Stream & Process Simplification • Digital Enablement & Automation • AI-Assisted Analytics • Governance & RACI Frameworks • Cross-Functional Leadership
