Production Skilled Operative - from July 2025- Training for Lead Operator duties- Training other staff on machinery, processes and systems- Maintaining high GMP standards on site- Carrying out QA CCP checks to ensure all food is fit for consumption- Innovating how different metrics are tracked and showcased to management.Reach Operative - from October 2024- Keeping the yard spotless and safe, all waste organised disposed of as according to environmental and QA guidelines- Utilising all forklift equipment including Counterbalance and Reach trucks- Consolidating excess ad hoc pallets back into full pallets to prepare international export and fulfillment stock in advance- Feeding necessary protein, cleaning and waste disposal equipment to Production team- Tracking incoming, static and outgoing stock on the system, booking on incoming goods and carrying out a workflow system on all international exportsSkilled Operative - from March 2024- Assisting any department required in Production, Warehouse & Fulfillment; operating and maintaining machinery- Running IMS and CCP checks for QA and Management tracking- Training and leading the team- Operating A1, A2 and A7 fork trucks- Creating health and safety reports- Responsible for Ad Hoc fulfillment, High Care deep cleans and first aid in my departmentGeneral Operative - from March 2023- Assisting Fulfillment- Picking and Stacking, wrapping pallets- Labelling and moving pallets for Logistics- Maintaining, modifying and repairing picking machine- Maintaining and repairing palletiser machinery- Assisting Prep, Hygiene and Filling departments in Production.
