In this assignment I have worked closely with the Americana team to develop and launch their new Wimpy fast casual burger chain first in Egypt, then in Kuwait and the UAE. I provided leadership in the development of the menu, recipes, procedures and supplier sourcing for the new brand, leading to its successful launch in July, 2021 and in Kuwait in early 2022. I support the Americana team on menu development, innovation and quality improvement initiatives for their other brands including Pizza Hut, Hardee\'s, TGI Friday\'s. I also provide culinary expertise for Americana\'s assessment of new brands to add to their portfolio.
