I’m Kirk Shaw, a Licensed Realtor with DeLex Realty and a Licensed Loan Consultant with Counsel Mortgage Group, LLC, with more than 30 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending.I work extensively with Personal Representatives, Trustees, and estate & probate attorneys throughout Maricopa County when real property is involved in estate or trust administration. Many of the people I help step into this role unexpectedly, often during a stressful and emotional time. My approach is steady, transparent, and respectful of the fiduciary responsibilities involved.Through Estate & Probate Services Maricopa County, I provide property-focused support designed to help fiduciaries make informed, well-documented decisions. This includes property valuation guidance, real estate strategy, coordination of property-related services, and lender-aligned insight when financing considerations are part of the picture.Because I am licensed in both real estate and mortgage lending, I’m able to help fiduciaries understand the full range of options available — whether that involves preparing a property for sale, coordinating improvements, addressing existing liens or mortgages, or evaluating refinance-related considerations prior to disposition.
