Through the years I have worked at a very high level to learn as much as possible, at the same time devoting my leadership skills to develop people. I truly believe leadership is a unique talent, you must give more than you receive, at the same time you must know it is not about you, its about people. I am a student of the Hospitality field, Hotel GM, Food and Beverage Director, Director of Hotel Operations, Restaurant GM, Theatre GM, Multi Unit District Manger of restaurants. I am devoted to staying green and growing, knowing everyday is a new lesson. I have developed AGM\'s, GM\'s, Trained Multi Unit Managers, leaving all with the most important note, it is what people say about you when you are gone, hourly employees, parents and spouses of employees, vendors, customers. What impact did you leave on the organization, what impact did you leave on employees, this is what builds careers. I have been featured in a group study of Effective Leadership (Baylor University, Matt Steen). I have experience in menu development, menu design, event planning/execution, weddings, non profit events, NYE package events, University Events (Baylor Parents Weekend), Tony Romo Show (Gaylord Texan). I have experience in New Store Openings, Theatre Opening and Hotel Opening. My latest Leadership Certificate was received through Stagen Leadership Academy, Dallas, TX.
